Original Contemporary Art
I need a topic for an Art project at University, any ideas?
I hate contemporary art work, I much prefer a good ol painting that shows skill and precision rather than a single line or blue square like you see in the contemporary art world.
However I need a topic thats original and shows in depth thinking with a good context to back it all up.
So can anyone think of an exciting topic that allows me to create my aesthically pleasing paintings but also with the theory that will please the tutors?

If you made your topic – ‘Precision’ it would follow that you would be working in that way to complete the metaphor you could focus on artists and machines the war artists were good at representations of immediacy in an accurate way as are court artists
