I want to create my own rose-art-type fuzzy posters?
I’ve been using colored glitter glue pens on the Rose Art fuzzy posters with some really interesting results. Would love to come up with my own designs, just not sure what to put them on… Are the designs cut on to felt, velvet? Any ideas on exacly how I would do that?

You can try the stick on felt, like the green stuff. I’m not sure if it comes in black though, I just know of green, blue and red. I would say draw the design on the back of the felt before you peel the paper off and use a sharpie because the paper is a bit waxy. Then cut your picture out using a very sharp scalple or exacto knife, and stick onto a piece of white cardboard, you should be able to find white in any craft store. A C Moore, Michaels, or an art store, but they’d be more pricey.
I think there is also a product where you apply glue and then apply black fuzz…I think this is what they use for the Rose Art posters because the one I have, the black seems to come off a little.
